Leveling the Playing Field: Recreation & Sports

The Miracle League of the Northern Ohio Valley Panhandle is perhaps best known for its adapted sports programs, most notably its baseball league played on a specially designed field. This field eliminates barriers to play for children and adults with disabilities, allowing them to experience the thrill of hitting a baseball, rounding the bases, and being part of a team.
